Worked example
A Gold member places ৳20,000 of cricket bets in a day. The rebate is 0.40% = ৳80, plus the 0.11% VIP cash rebate = ৳22, so ৳102 back.
A Diamond member with the same ৳20,000 gets 0.70% = ৳140 plus 0.24% = ৳48, so ৳188. The tier matters.
