Deposit not credited?
If a deposit fails or does not appear in your balance, contact our 24/7 Live Chat with your transaction slip and a screenshot of the QR code from the deposit page. We may also ask for your bank statement in PDF format.
To resubmit a deposit, go back to the same deposit method, enter the same amount and reference number, submit, and wait for the funds to be processed. Do not pay a second time.
Before your first withdrawal
- Complete account verification: update your date of birth and verify your phone number.
- Have at least one deposit on your account.

We aim to process every withdrawal as fast as possible. At busy times, such as during big matches, it can take longer. Deposits and withdrawals are available 24/7, including weekends.
Withdrawal shows “Success” but the money has not arrived
Local banks set limits on how many transactions they clear at once. Occasionally a withdrawal is marked Success on our side, because the amount has left our payment partner, but the bank has not cleared it yet. In rare cases, the bank reverses it to us after a few hours or days.
We follow these up with the bank and the payment partner. They are normally resolved within 3 to 5 bank working days. If not, contact Live Chat with your bank statement in PDF format.
Getting a bank statement PDF: open your bank’s app, go to Account Services, find Account Statement, verify your account number and download the statement for the dates you need. You can also collect one from your branch.
Checking or cancelling a transaction
Go to My Account › Transaction Records, tap Filter and choose Deposit or Withdraw and the status to see your history.
To cancel a withdrawal, load your history with the filter set to All. If the withdrawal shows as Verified or Pending, contact Live Chat and our team can cancel it.
Payment agents
