| Option | What it is | Where it comes from | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Native app | An app installed from an app store | Google Play or the App Store | Available |

| Mobile site | The Crickex website in your phone’s browser | Our official web address | Nothing to install, always the current version |
The official Crickex app
The Crickex app is available for Android. Betting apps are often unavailable on Google Play because of store rules, so we offer it as an APK download from our own website.
Your existing username and password work in the app, and the latest version supports fingerprint and Face ID login. Treat every “Crickex APK” link outside our website as unsafe, however professional the page looks.

When the app stops working
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| App will not open or crashes | Clear the app cache, restart the phone, or reinstall from our website |
| “Update required” message | Get the new version from our website, not from a link in a chat |
| Login works in the browser but not the app | Your app build is probably outdated or unofficial; remove it and reinstall |
